Hours

To ensure your pets are housed in peaceful surroundings, we have designated hours of trading both at Pawtails and with our associated veterinary clinics.

At Pawtails, pick up and delivery is available for guests between the hours of 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 4pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday 2pm and 5pm.

For pets requiring transportation from selected veterinary clinics or your home , please note that no pet will be picked up from or delivered to empty premises.
